The pair played last round to close out the regular season where Bracknell levelled their season ledger against Deloraine in a comfortable victory.
Bracknell coach Corry Goodluck said their recent win counted for nothing this week.
"Finals is a funny game, lots of things happen in finals, you see teams all the time throughout the year win by a margin and they get beat in finals series," he said.
"It's going to be a very hard game of footy and we need to stick together, keep it for four quarters and that momentum I don't see why we can't win."
Deloraine coach Lochie Dornauf is hoping his side will recreate the pressure which saw them secure victory over Bracknell in wet conditions earlier this season.
"We're looking to really hit the ground running this week and use our advantage as a smaller, quicker team," he said.
"We played into their hands a lot on the weekend by going down the line a lot, we're looking to mix it up a bit this week."
Karlton Wadley and Tyson Gardam are set to be important inclusions to the Deloraine side after being unavailable last round.
Glenn Dawson is set to take the field for Bracknell this weekend.
It will be a test of mental strength when Rocherlea and Longford square off in the qualifying final this weekend.
Rocherlea have the edge over Longford this season after two narrow victories.
The victories have been punctuated by mid-game fade-outs by Rocherlea, who have seen leads of five goals or more diminish both times.
"It's more about the players not getting comfortable with where we're at, they put in the hard work to build a decent lead and then sort of mentally switch off," Rocherlea coach Andrew Cox-Goodyer said.
"It'll be about us trying to play four quarters of our type of footy to hopefully put them away and not have a close result this time."
Longford coach Beau Thorp said his side was looking forward to the challenge of Rocherlea.
"To Rocherlea's credit, their midfield and backline definitely beat us last time," he said.
"We'll be looking at changing a few things around the ball and how we structure up forward of the ball."
Longford expect to be unchanged after they narrowly lost to South Launceston last week.
Luke Murfitt-Cowen shapes as a central figure to the weekend's proceedings after kicking six goals in his previous outings against Rocherlea.
"Obviously we can't allow easy football going forward, his supply has been really good the last two times we've played them and if he gets us one-on-one, he's a strong boy," Cox-Goodyer said.
The winner will play South Launceston for a grand final berth while the loser will face either Bracknell or Deloraine next week.
