All of the money was fundraised through lamington sales, with $5032 to be donated to the Salvation Army's Bushfire Disaster Appeal.
Staff also forewent any tips with money from the business's tip jar also contributing to the fundraising amount.
Rustic Bakehouse co-ower Katie Lamprey said they had baked a lot of lamingtons and it was more than 1060.
"It's Aussies lending other Aussies a hand," she said.
"We were stoked once we found out how much we had raised.
"We knew it was going to be pretty epic, but it felt awesome to know it's all going to the people who need it.
"We were a little bit taken back and overwhelmed the first few weeks but it ticked over well and we got there."
Ms Lamprey thanked the community for supporting the cause and said the community had been so generous.
With people travelling from across the greater region to support the cause.
The bakehouse began the fundraiser in early January and ran the appeal throughout Summer until the end of February.

She said the idea to fundraise came after they saw all the images and stories on social media about the bushfires effects on the mainland.
"So many people we knew had family or friends on the mainland who were affected," she said.
"A berry farm just down the road from us here in Cressy had a sister farm on the mainland that was affected.
"So we knew we had to do something and lamingtons are an Aussie icon.
"They're popular so we knew we would get the result that we wanted."
Ms Lamprey said they decided to fundraise for the Salvation Army's appeal after some initial research.
"We wanted to know where the money would be sent to get it to the affected areas," she said.
"I had seen Celeste Barber's fundraiser for the firies and the ones to help wildlife which were great, but you see the Salvos in communities around Australia and they are out in the community and know the people."
The appeal provides support to firefighters, emergency workers, evacuees and communities by providing meals, bedding, care packs and cash grants.
It also enables the Salvation Army Emergency Services teams, recovery workers and financial counsellors to provide support in all forms at multiple sites across the country to those affected by the bushfires.
