The forward duo ensured NTFA's second-tier competition would feature new premiership winners this season, booking their Lilydale Windsor Park date with a dominant last-quarter rout in which Sellers kicked three and Laskey one.
The co-coach would assist two of the former Bridgenorth star's goals to seal the deal on the preliminary final match-up, reversing their recent result.
St Pats learned from their sluggish start that cost them the qualifying final clash two weeks ago, bursting out of the blocks as fast-paced, competitive football ensued between the two rivals.

They were unable to make a full dent on the scoreboard however as majors to Laskey and Joey Taylor were split by East Coast's first score to Will Stoltenberg, leaving the Saints with a seven-point buffer at the first break.
Jacob Knight and Nick Denholm seemed to have the ball on a string for their respective sides in the first as Jake Kilby got first hand on the ball a multitude of times for the leading Saints.
East Coast looked to take a liking to the breeze immediately in the second as the competition's runner-up goal-kicker Nick Child slotted one through within minutes.
The reigning premiers were unable to add anything else of substance to their tally throughout the quarter though as the action remained up the other end with the returning Jono Lawrence dribbling one from the square and Mathew Williams finding the sticks on a slight angle.

Shaun Cannon and Julian James did their best at either end to eradicate constant threats with regular intercept marks keeping the second quarter to only three goals.
Both sides bagged two majors in the third quarter, with Laskey's other coaching half, Alex Russell, making the best of his third opportunity in front of goal after two missed shots on the left forward flank.
His major created a slightly inevitable feeling around Invermay Park but Nick Child dulled the sensation moments later to have East Coast sitting three goals off the pace heading into the final stanza.
In a repeat of their qualifying final clash, the last quarter proved to be the Swans' weakest but this time it cost them the contest and ultimately, their season as the Laskey and Sellers combination began full flight.
A Steven Bradbury-esque moment gifted Laskey a major before he smothered a crucial Cannon error to see Sellers run in on an open goal as St Pats began to sign their name on the dotted line, preparing for next week.
Jeff Connolly sealed the final major for the Swans, making sure their last quarter wasn't goal-less moments before the final siren sounded on their season.
Kilby linked with midfield duo Knight and Jacob Murphy for a best-on ground performance as Corey Bosworth, Cannon and Ethan Goldfinch were East Coast's strongest trio.
