The sites are currently leased from a private investor by ASX-listed tenant Motors Tas Pty Ltd.
Managing agent Billy Holderhead of Sydney-based agency Burgess Rawson said there had already been wide interest in the properties.
"There's been really good inquiry across the seven sites so far," he said.
"We're not sure at this stage exactly what will happen, it could be that a smaller investor will buy four of them, or it could be that some larger investor buys the whole lot."
Mr Holderhead said there was no danger of Motors Tas Pty Ltd moving anywhere, and that they would remain as tenants on each of the sites.
"Motors Tas will be there for a while, they've got options of a 10 year lease or three five years terms until 2041, so they're not going anywhere," he said.
Motors was started in 1910 by Robert Nettleford, making it one of the oldest motor dealerships in Tasmania.
A total of 81,196 square metres will go to auction at 11am next Wednesday at the River Room of the Crown Casino in Melbourne.
