Event organisers have reported the newly introduced family ticket bundle has made up 30 per cent of all sales so far, with many of purchases coming from interstate.
It comes after Beerfest was moved forward from its January date to New Year’s Eve in order to accommodate Mona Foma.

Organiser James Harding said ticket sales were already up from the same time last year.
“We’ve had a great response so far,” he said.
“The biggest seller has been the family bundle, followed by the VIP package.
“Usually, we cap the VIP tickets at 100, but we’ve extended this year because we sold out so quickly.”
There is still plenty of information yet to be revealed about the upcoming event, including stall holders, live music, and layout.
The festival has announced its line-up of children’s entertainment, which features a jumping castle, face painting, a stilt walking show, pelican puppets, twilight fireworks, as well as much more.
Launceston Beerfest will be held on Monday December 31 at Royal Park. First release tickets are currently available.
