The State Service annual report for last financial year shows 32 people were stood down in relation to child sexual abuse allegations.
The report said this number included matters carried over from the previous reporting period.
Another 92 employees were stood aside for non-compliance with a public health direction related to COVID-19.
There were 165 employees terminated for a breach of the code of conduct relating to their vaccination status in 2021-22.
There were 59 formal grievances raised by employees of a state agency that related to bullying and harassment last financial year.
A further eight grievances related to allegations of sexual harassment.
Fifty-eight grievances were taken to external organisations - 15 of those to the Ombudsman, 34 to the Tasmanian Industrial Commission, eight to Equal Opportunity Tasmania and one to the Integrity Commission.
There were 941 more staff members with the Health Department in 2022 compared to the year before and 182 more people with the Education Department.
In total, there were almost 1450 more people employed in the State Service this year.
There were more than twice the number of women than men employed within the service.
