His club has been given the opportunity to host its seniors and reserves in men's elimination finals as well as Old Scotch and Scottsdale in the NTFAW's qualifying final, signalling a bumper day of football.
Having invested in improved facilities in partnership with the Break O'Day Council and Tasmanian government, Walley described hosting the men's final as "an outstanding opportunity".
"The East Coast Swans is now the only surviving senior football identity from Scottsdale in the North to Triabunna in the South," he said.
"We believe we represent a significant region of our state and an incredibly rich history of community footy.
"The opportunity to join the NTFA in 2017 breathed new life into the Swans, with the club experiencing outstanding growth and cementing its place in the Northern Tasmanian footy landscape.
"We hope our community comes out in huge numbers to show their interest and support of finals football brought to the East Coast."
Hosting the women's final also comes at a crucial time for the Swans' development, having fielded a junior girls side in the under-17 competition over the past two seasons.
"The opportunity to see some of the best women's football played on our home ground hopefully inspires our community to embrace women's football and forge our pathway to greater participation from Auskick through to senior women's," he said.
"We know from the experience of our first two years of under-17 girls football, we have an excellent opportunity to expanding girls and women participation."
Hosting finals football is the feather on the cap of a massive year for the East Coast Swans, amalgamating their junior and senior identities earlier this season.
