The Blues beat the Parrots all three times last season but the latter sit one spot above OLs on the ladder this year, heading a pack of sides fighting for finals glory.
"The girls are really looking forward to the challenge," Bridgenorth coach Bobby Beams said.
"With the week off, our training has been fantastic, we trained hard and had solid numbers. The girls are up and about and ready to tackle it head on."
The Parrots' forward line has been led prolifically by Emily McKinnell, who's booted 30 goals, including nine against Longford.
"She's got a really good set of hands and been clunking them and it was good to see her get on a few after some hard work from all of our other players on that night."
Another battle between finals hopefuls sees Hillwood host Old Scotch.
The Sharks have exceeded expectations in their first season in the NTFAW, sitting in fourth position on the ladder, but only have three games left, so a victory against Scotch would go a long way to securing finals.
The Thistles won't be an easy beat though, having only dropped one game this season - their opening round against Launceston.
Evandale coach Andrew Boyd admits morale has "dropped a bit" but is hoping to change that this weekend against South Launceston.
The Eagles sit in 10th with a win and a forfeit to their name, with Boyd anticipating a good match-up against the reigning premier.
"They went pretty well against George Town on Friday night, George Town just had a little bit more polish than we did, that was literally the difference," he said.
"We went and had a look at South on the weekend, just to see how they were going along, so we think we are going to match up ok with them."
The Eagles have avoided major injury woes this season, with 15 of Boyd's side having played at least seven matches.
"It's nice to have some consistency there, they are gelling really well on the park and we are starting to do different things at training as well, starting to make it a bit more technical."
South Launceston will be eager to bounce back from a heavy defeat at the hands of Scottsdale.
Undefeated Launceston hosts win-less Deloraine at Windsor Park, with coach Mikayla Binns looking to continue momentum.
"We are building up to finals now, so we are refining our team," she said.
"We'll look to work on skills that we will use come finals time, there's a lot of things to work on that we can get better at."
The Blues' stocks have been bolstered this season by the recruitment of former Glenorchy forward Madi Shaw, who leads their goalkicking with 11.
"She's a really strong forward so she can play up the ground or as a full-forward and she's just got a really strong body on her and is a good mark as well.
"It's been a very good bonus to have her come along this year."
Despite not picking up a victory yet, Deloraine led Scottsdale at half-time a fortnight ago and scored one of its highest scores for the season last week against Old Scotch.
While the year so far hasn't been the prettiest on the scoreboard for Longford, coach Michael Boyack is seeing gradual improvement ahead of Friday night's George Town clash.
Last week against Old Launcestonians was the first time his Tigers have fielded 19 players, and despite going scoreless, it was "awesome" for Boyack to see.
"We've worked pretty hard to recruit," he said.
It's still a pretty inexperienced side but at least the girls are out there having a crack and enjoying their football
- Longford coach Michael Boyack.
Originally scheduled to face off in round seven, the pair also met in a pre-season practice match in Longford's first-ever game, where the Tigers matched it early before being outmuscled.
"Since then they've learned a lot in the last 10 or so rounds, so hopefully it will be a good tussle between the sides."
Scottsdale and Meander Valley have the bye.
