One of the Bombers' best in a 20-point win at North Hobart, Burt was reported for "carelessly striking" Keegan Ryan in a marking contest early in the third term.
He was offered a two-match ban for a high contact, medium impact hit, which was reduced to one match with an early guilty plea.
Players from both clubs were also cited for instigating the melee that followed, with the match review handing the incident over to TSL management, who will "provide further correspondence to both clubs this week".
After a quiet season in 2020, Burt has been a crucial cog up forward for the Northern Bombers this season and sits equal-second in the club's goalkicking with 13 majors in eight games.
The match review office also assessed a three-quarter-time scuffle in Kingborough's win over Lauderdale.
Tiger Ed Cole's strike on Ed Stanley was thrown out as an accidental head clash, while Bomber Nicholas Raglione was offered a reprimand for using abusive language toward an umpire.
The umpires manager will "provide further correspondence" to Lauderdale after a referral was made regarding umpires' language and behaviour toward Lauderdale players during the melee.
In the development league, Northern Bomber Fletcher Bennett's striking ban was reduced to a reprimand after an early guilty plea.
The strike on North Hobart's Nicholas Goss was graded as intentional with low impact and body contact.
