The Seagulls will be joined on field by Brent Staker with three-time premiership Lion and Brownlow Medallist Simon Black assisting the coaching team.
The pair will later be joined by four-time flag Hawk Luke Hodge and 231-gamer Adrian Fletcher at a sportsman's night function to cap off what Seagulls coach Greg Latham expects to be a huge day for Bridport.

"It's massive for the club, not only the club actually but the whole North-East community," Latham said.
"We are certainly hopeful of getting quite a few spectators there [for the game] and hoping too that it's a successful event later on that night.
"It's pretty rare that you get people of that sort of quality that are able to attend a local club, so we are very much looking forward to it.
"Certainly some people behind the scenes at our club - our committee in particular - have done a significant amount of work so hopefully it all goes off well."
Meanwhile, premier division outfit George Town will pay tribute to returned veterans ahead of the club's first home game in 20 months.
A service will be held prior to the Saints' 2pm senior clash with Bracknell on Saturday, with returned servicemen and women from both clubs invited to be part of the ceremony.
A VIP area will be set up for veterans to watch the match.
George Town president Lynette Burt highlighted the importance of recognising service to the country.

"We've always encouraged our players to understand those notions of the Anzac spirit, but also engage with community which is one of our focuses at the moment as a club," Burt said.
"We've had some amazing support over the last 20 months to ensure we can be sustainable and so it's an opportunity for us to give back to another organisation ... we'll be collecting donations for Legacy throughout the day.
"We've got a jumper in the clubroom that's got so many names in regards to returned servicemen right back to World War I and through to a number that are currently serving.
"There's some significant family connections, but also that community acknowledgement of remembering those that served us."
Blue Gum Park has enjoyed an overhaul since it last showcased NTFA premier division football with new lights, seating, goalpost covers and changeroom upgrades.
"Our community and industry support has been significant to ensure that George Town has a football team," Burt said.
