Cedric Harper Jordan and Noelene June Jordan have pleaded not guilty to the alleged murder on August 2, 2009.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Justice Robert Pearce remanded Mr and Mrs Jordan in custody for the Supreme Court bail application at 4.15pm on November 3.
Crown prosecutor Emily Judd told Justice Pearce that Director of Public Prosecution Daryl Coates SC had carriage of the matter.
