About 1.20pm on Saturday afternoon, Northern Road and Public Order Services were made aware of two Honda motorcycles travelling north on the Midland Highway, near Perth.
In other news:
Tasmania Police allege a 17-year-old man from Prospect, and an 18-year-old from Dilston were travelling at 127km/h.
Both motorcyclists held P1 licences, which carries a speed restriction of 80km/h.
The pair were fined $989, issued six demerit points and a fixed disqualification period of four months.
Both motorcycles were impounded for 28 days.
