The Suns, who are yet to win a game this season, announced the changing of personnel on the Facebook page earlier this week, citing a mutual agreement as Polley stepped down.
"I would like to thank Beau for all that he has done for the girls this season, we have all seen the improvement in the team each week," club president Steven Saltmarsh posted.

This week they travel to Scottsdale, who have been running rampant since dropping their first clash of the season.
Cabel Hall's side have won the last four on the trot, including a victory over the previously-undefeated Old Launcestonians two rounds ago, and despite many different faces, are looking like the grand final side from last year.
BRIDGENORTH host Old Launcestonians in the round's other clash as the Parrots aim to close the top-two gap.
Two games, or eight points, currently sit between Bridgenorth and Scottsdale - who have won the same amount of matches as OLs - so a Parrots win will be crucial for their season.
Old Launcestonians won last week's clash by four goals, with Jessica Ringrose kicking two as they kept Bridgenorth scoreless for three quarters after scoring a behind in the first.
