It comes after the release of the AIS framework for rebooting sport that includes national principles that were handed down on Friday.
Plans have been penciled in for Netball Tasmania to discuss all possible options with government so the State League sides can first resume limited training in one form or another as the COVID-19 curve starts to flatten.
Netball Tasmania chief executive Aaron Pidgeon was hopeful for positive change.
"We need to understand first where the state government sits," he said.

"Like what easing of restrictions that at any point in time might allow us to shift within different levels of that framework to consider when resumption is possible.
"At this stage, we're trying to digest all the information."
The State League had been the first competition in Tasmania to abandon its season hours before its third-round clash between Cavaliers and Northern Hawks in an anticipated grand final rematch.
Netball Tasmania still has plans to review its position on May 28, Pidgeon said.
"If we have any cause to believe there is a window of opportunity to get things up and running sooner, we will move that meeting forward."
