It was a tough contest for the fashions on the field judges - for the first time in a few years picking a local winner.
Monquie Schramm and Marcus Dornauff took out the top honours. Ms Schramm said she will take her boyfriend overseas with her prize, while Mr Dornauff said it will be fun for the grandparents to look after the children while him and his wife are overseas.
Ms Schramm made her own dress, and also won the millinery section.
Ben Lomond's livestream showed snow falling on the mountain, but that did not stop cup punters putting their best foot forward.
Attendees braved wind, rain and also the sun during the day.
Event organisers anticipated about seven thousand attended the event.
