Put forward by Teen Challenge Tasmania, a Christian group in 2016, the plan is still waiting for final approval about three years later.
The Meander Valley Council approved the plan, but it was then taken to RMPAT, who agreed with the representation and asked the council to readvertise the plan.
But the council took RMPAT to the Supreme Court and won, with the court ruling the plan to go back to RMPAT.
The final hearing will now be held on Wednesday, June 11 at 10am.
It will be held in Hobart.
