The Party said a number of specified teams have been dedicated to this task, however, with Lyons covering roughly half the state it will take some time.
Since her resignation, a number of the signs endorsing Ms Whelan have been vandalised.
Some of the signs have also been rebranded to no longer include the Liberal Party endorsement.
"We note that some of the former candidate's signs have been rebadged. This is a matter for the former candidate and the property owners hosting the signs," the Liberal Party said.
The Liberals were quick to rebrand their campaign signage, with Nationals candidate Deanna Hutchinson now advertised as both the Liberal and Nationals candidate.
Half-page how-to-vote advertisements appeared three Tasmanian newspapers on Tuesday urging Liberal supporters to direct their vote to Ms Hutchinson.
Following her resignation from the Liberal party on Friday amidst allegations of creating racist and sexist social media comments, including the statement that Islamic women should have their genitalia mutilated, Ms Whelan said she will continue to run in Lyons as an independent.
On her Facebook page, Ms Whelan said although her professional Facebook page was removed, her signs will be taken down and her advertisement will come off the air, what she does have is the determination to be the first independent and the first female elected in Lyons.
During a visit to Hobart on Tuesday, when Queensland senator Fraser Anning was asked if he would make Ms Whelan a part of his party, Mr Anning said he thought she was a decent person.
"She had an opinion and was held down and then a gutless party like the Liberals decided they would disendorse her," Mr Anning said.
