Teenager, 17, charged over alleged robbery at Civic Square

Tasmania Police allege he grabbed a person's backpack and pushed that person to the ground about 9.15pm. 

The alleged victim received minor injuries. 

The teenager was arrested and was expected to appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court at a later date.
