The Jacqui Lambie Network has unveiled its latest Senate candidate for the next federal election: Chris Reynolds.

Mr Reynolds is a Launceston tourism operator, running a transport service for people visiting Tasmania.

He ran on the JLN’s Lyons ticket at the 2018 state election.

“I am so excited to be running for the Jacqui Lambie Network, and I believe that I have a role to play in serving my fellow Tasmanians,” Mr Reynolds said.

Party leader Jacqui Lambie said Mr Reynolds was “exactly the sort of bloke Canberra needs”.

“He’s a tireless campaigner and his breadth of life experience shows in the ideas that he brings to the table,” she said.

The announcement of Mr Reynolds’ candidacy follows Ulverstone lawyer Glynn Williams putting his hand up for JLN Senate preselection.

The federal election is expected in 2019.
