The Mona Foma programming team is coming to Launceston to discuss ways for local artists to get involved in the festival.
A forum will be held next week to discuss the festival and hear about Mofo’s move North.
Festival curator, and Violent Femmes bassist, Brian Ritchie is calling for all interested artists to attend.
“Mona Foma team would like to meet creative people to plant seeds for future work and fun,” he said.
“We’d like to hear from artists about what they’ve always wanted to see happen in this town.
We’ll also be answering any questions about our principles and methods.”
The forum will be held on June 6 at Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery’s Inveresk precinct.
Drinks start at 6pm, with the forum getting underway at 6.30. It is expected to finish about 7.30pm.
All are welcome, but RSVPs recommended.
