Adviser Sophie Murphy and front office staffer Jodie Jacobs finished on Monday.
Mrs Murphy, a former Southern Cross Television news producer, said she would not comment on the circumstances surrounding her departure.
Yesterday, Tasmanian Senator Helen Polley's electorate officer, Geoff Lyons, was speaking on Ms Campbell's behalf.
He has been seconded to her office while replacement staff are sought.
Previously, Senator Polley said she would offer Ms Campbell whatever support she needed following the 37-year-old's alleged assault by her de facto partner Roland Small on August 24.
"In all political officers there are staff changes, and these are internal matters that we are not going to discuss in public," Mr Lyons said.
Mr Lyons is a senior member of state Labor's right faction and a former candidate for the state seat of Bass.
Ms Campbell is a member of the party's left faction.
Mrs Murphy's and Ms Jacobs's departure takes to three the number of staff who have left the Charles St office since Ms Campbell was elected in 2007 in Labor's landslide victory.
Former Brooks High School headmaster Warren Pill resigned earlier this year for personal reasons.
Mr Lyons, a member of the Labor Party since 1971, was also former head of office for Peter Patmore when he was Attorney-General.
Meanwhile, it is still unclear when the Labor Party will hold its preselection for next year's federal election.
On August 26, state Labor Party president John Dowling said Ms Campbell had the party's full support unless she indicated she wanted to stand down, which she had not.
