The festival’s director Heidi Howe said the event was definitely growing.
“Last year we had in excess of 4000 patrons, and so far, going by ticket sales, we’re on track of getting that again this year,” she said.
This year’s festival will be held on the June long-weekend, and will have something for everyone.
“There’s things for children, for families, couples, and things for those who really appreciate fine arts, along with free events and ticketed one,” Mrs Howe said.
The biggest draw card for the event is the announcement of the $20,000 art prize winner, which will be announced at a gala dinner on Saturday.
