A proposal for a 91 lot subdivision at Legana will be discussed at Tuesday’s West Tamar Council meeting. If approved the residential subdivision would be on land between Jetty, Bindaree and Ridge Roads in Legana. Lots range in size from 713sq m to 1009sq m and the road layout comprises a thru-route linking Jetty, Bindaree and Ridge Roads, with three cul-de-sac coming off this. The council recieved one representation to the proposal from the Legana Community Group.
