View Roof Plumbing was hit with a $3140 fine last month, after the department received a complaint from a Newnham woman late last year.

The company was administering contract roof plumbing work on the woman’s Laver Court home.

The company has since taken steps to gain a licence.

Owner Craig VanderSchaaf said on Friday he was not in a position to comment.

Justice said it has only received one complaint about the company, but during its investigation discovered two further instances of the same offence.
