Organisers Tassie Drum Circle will again provide a carload of djembe drums for the 1pm session, however participants are encouraged to bring their own percussion instruments.
Scottsdale LINC customer service officer Sharon Sachse said the workshops had clearly struck a chord in the community, with participant numbers steadily increasing between the first and second workshop.
“It just vibrates through your whole body and everybody ends up with a smile on their face,” Mrs Sachse said.
Plans are also underway to take the workshop to new locations should its popularity continue.
“One of the ladies is keen to get enough knowledge so that she can run the group and we definitely want a Dorset group.
“If it's a nice day I think they'd like to play down at Northeast Park and even move to some of the other towns if possible but it's only early stages in developing the group.”
Entry is by donation at the door.
