"If you do not love me at least respect me", is the sentiment which best sums up what I am saying and this seems to be where Claire is coming from.

As an article there is nothing particularly wrong, on a worldly level, with her flow of thoughts and observations, but on a deeper level, because she bylines her articles with the line, 'Keeping the Faith', there is nothing spiritual or profound in her offering.
