Coach Anthony Axton reaches his 300th senior game for the club while ruckman Ben Tuthill and defender Zak Noble will play their 200th games for the Saints.
Axton is only the second player to reach the 300-game mark which puts him second on the senior games list behind club record- holder Dale Crane on 334.
"I am really proud to be a one-club player and I am really looking forward to it because it will be a massive day for us as a footy club," Axton said.
"It shows what a good club George Town is because people don't hang around and play this many games if it's not a good place to be.
"It's great to play with two of my mates who I've played with for most of those games if not all of them."
Axton started playing seniors as a 17-year-old with the club and, along with Chris Jones, was the only player to be part of all eight of George Town's consecutive NTFA premierships from 2002-09.
He coached the club in the past three after five-time premiership coach Dale Chugg called it quits.
A former captain and two-time best and fairest winner, Axton was named in George Town's Team of the Modern Era and NTFA Team of the Decade.
Noble and Tuthill have both played in seven of the club's eight premierships.
Noble was vice- captain of the club from 2006-07 and captained the club in 2008 being succeeded by Tuthill in 2009.
Both joined Axton in the George Town Team of the Modern Era - Noble in the back pocket and Tuthill in the ruck.
Noble won the 2007 best and fairest and Tuthill has been best and fairest runner-up three times.
