High winds have already felled trees across the state, and police and emergency services have warned drivers to be on the lookout.
A Tasmania Police spokesperson said emergency services are responding to reports of trees on the road in "all areas" of the state as the forecast high winds begin to batter the island.
"Members of the public are advised to drive with caution and to reduce speed in applicable areas," they said.
Please report any instances of trees on the road to Tasmania Police by contacting the non life-threatening emergency number 131 444 or 000 in an emergency circumstance.
