Run by the Circular Head Tourism Association, the 10-day festival will provide visitors with a chance to interact with people who produce the food that comes out of the far North-West.
The association's president Clint Walker said it was an exciting time, with the festival starting on Friday.
"Wherever I go, I am asked 'how's the planning going?' and others commenting on how they are looking forward to it and we are looking forward to seeing the fruits of our labour pay off."
Some of the highlights on the program include the Taste the Region dinner and the Stanley Foreshore Feast.
