Disability support provider Eskleigh House at Perth played host to local car enthusiasts this weekend, with dozens of vintage cars on display as part of a fundraising event for the Eskleigh Foundation.
However, one car held a special place in the hearts of a number of Eskleigh residents.

A 1958 Vauxhall that was part of a restoration project undertaken by Eskleigh residents in 2007 was proudly on display at the weekends event.
Resident Steven Cousens worked on the project and proud to see the Vauxhall on show amongst some of Tasmania's finest vintage cars.

Mr Cousens was in charge of sanding back the chipped paint in preparation for a fresh coat, and was pleased with the shade they selected.
"Blue is my favourite colour," he said.
