Roberts Real Estate hosted a barbecue on Wednesday to raise funds which will help send 50 Christmas boxes to children in need through Operation Christmas Child.
The team wanted to raise $500, but smashed their target by bringing in over $1000.
Sales agent Jess Christmas said she believed it was important to support the community and charities.
"[Operation Christmas Child] is about giving boxes of toys and supplies to kids who don't have the privileges we have in life and give them hope," she said.
"It's also something I started doing with my kids when they were young to teach them about giving."
Ms Christmas said the more the team raised, the better quality items they could include in the boxes.
