Successful applicants will be notified on August 11 and will have until September 24 to use their vouchers.
This is the day before school holidays begin.
As was the case last year, there are $200 vouchers for accommodation and $100 for tourism experiences.
The tourism experience vouchers also cover car hire.
Registrations can be made through the government's website: https://www.travelvoucherstasmania.com.au.
Premier Peter Gutwein earlier this week said the last travel voucher scheme generated $30 million of additional spending.
The government has dedicated $7.5 million to the recent round of vouchers.
