A noticeable absence is former leader David O'Byrne, who said he would not seek or take any shadow portfolios, after stepping down from the role after sexual harrassment allegations.
One noticeable change is for newly elected Labor MHA for Bass Janie Finlay.
Previously a parliamentary sector to the leader for start ups, small business and the northern economy, Ms Finlay is now the opposition spokesperson for small business, start ups and primary industries and water.
Ms Finlay said she was "incredibly honoured" to have the portfolios.
"I am very proud to be part of the new Rebecca White shadow cabinet," she said.
"For me, to have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading industries, our primary industries, our start ups that focus on local solutions and are taking them to the world, and our amazing small businesses ... it truly is a platform of greatness.
"There isn't one person in Tasmania who isn't connected to one of those areas in some way, and I'm really looking forward to getting in and getting down to work, connecting with people in those industries and continuing to support them."
Ms Finlay said the party were ready to get down to business and put the past behind them.
"To have Rebecca White leading Labor now and determining her shadow cabinet to take forward to work with all Tasmanians, to have been invited by her to contribute and trusted to make a difference in those areas is something I'm proud of," she said.
"What's exciting for us is in the last six months we've come back deeper and stronger and ready to deliver for all Tasmanians ... it's great to have Bec back."
Ms White said the portfolios reflected the strength of talent in her parliamentary team
"Together we are united in our strong resolve to hold this government to account, particularly in those key areas where they continue to fail and continue to let Tasmanians down," she said.
Tasmanian Labor leader Rebecca White has revealed a new look shadow cabinet on Tuesday afternoon.
It reshuffle comes just days after Ms White returned as leader after David O'Byrne stepped down amid sexual harassment allegations.
Ms White said Labor's new shadow cabinet has made strong use of the parliamentary team's depth of talent, and reflected the issues that matter most to Tasmanians, as well as priority areas to hold the Gutwein government to account.
"Each of the Labor members are strong voices for their communities and each of them understand the key issues in their communities," she said.
