The teenagers were in the backseat of the car when the collision, which claimed the lives of their 46-year-old parents, occurred.
A female and a baby from the other car, a Mistubishi Pajero, have been discharged from the LGH, while the other male passenger remains at the Royal Hobart Hospital in a stable condition.
