IN OTHER NEWS:
MRC (North) programs and services manager Mark Deverell has seen the program grow over four years.
"Initially it was only a one year program, but we've been successful in subsequent years actually securing the federal funding for it to be ongoing," he said.
"We've always had more applications with this program that we can actually accommodate and some of the programs were not even had to advertise because we had so many applicants that would be suitable for the program."
St Giles chief executive Andrew Billing said it was special to see participants from the MRC achieve their graduation.
"It's always it's always really a great joy to see anyone graduate from the program. But there's something special about the group from Migrant Resource Centre," he said.
"They're always enthusiastic, they become great workers, they're eager to to get opportunity and I think the testament to this program."
