"Rocherlea to their credit had a few out and were a bit banged up but kept coming," Parrots coach Phil Lethborg said.

"It was a bit see-sawy, but I was proud of our fellas to hang on and defend the lead when they had to.

"[Sergeant] was phenomenal, he's a quality player."
