The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to the Laurel Creek Regional Reserve at Loyetea after a man in his 40s crashed his trail bike into a tree about 11.30am.
He suffered an abdominal injury, and was flown to the Launceston General Hospital.
Earlier in the morning, a 20-year-old man was winched to safety after crashing his mountain bike at Paloona about 9am.

The man suffered a head injury, and was flown to the Royal Hobart Hospital.
In a third incident, the helicopter was called to a single vehicle crash on Lake Road at Liawenee on Saturday afternoon.
A woman inside the vehicle was injured when it rolled.
Her injuries were not reported.
