The draw for the statewide competition was made on Tuesday and handed plum home ties to both Riverside Olympic and Northern Rangers.
Rangers' reward for Monday's preliminary round 4-0 defeat of Nelson Eastern Suburbs is a visit from reigning state champions Devonport while Olympic will welcome cup holders and fellow NPL Tasmania side Glenorchy to Windsor Park.
Launceston City, whose 2020 highlight came with a superb 2-1 Lakoseljac Cup victory over the Strikers in July, have been handed a trip up the North-West Coast to face Northern Championship outfit Somerset.
Glenorchy won the 2020 tournament with a 2-1 victory over Olympia in the final at KGV.
Buoyed by their Devonport win, City reached the semi-finals before being thumped 7-0 by Olympia.
Riverside (0-4 to University) and Rangers (0-5 to Glenorchy) both exited in the round of 16.
