The Remade Parade from Interweave Arts was a funky, fun highlight that featured recycled materials as wearable and sustainable art.
To the beat of the drum, artists and models danced around the fountain at Princes Square, interacting with onlookers.
Creative director Kim Schneiders said the parade was the result of the 2020 Remade event they held in late October.
"Everybody just loves to showcase their wearable art, showcase the sustainable message, and that we have an amazing creative community," she said.
In other news:
"It's from little ones to elders and we even have Patchy the dog."
Ms Schneiders said Remade have been with Junction ever since its inception.
"It's very amazing to showcase our work and we hope that in future years...we can have participation from the audience."
Carol-Anne Morrison, one of the artists whose wool featured in the parade, said she had worked with Remade for eight or nine years.
"I donate a lot of my bits and pieces to them because they don't get government funding, they have to get grants and so forth."
She said the parade and Junction was a great thing to be connected to.
"It's genius actually what they come up with, absolutely amazing."
Sunday marked the end of the Hometown festival.
