Making Marks: A Celebration of Children's Art Travelling Exhibition is a project from the B4 Early Years Coalition and showcases the work of child artists from birth until the age of four.
The exhibition spotlights the four key areas of growth in children that age when it comes to art: random marks, taking shape, creating representations, and music, movement and marks.
B4 co-chair Elizabeth Daly said the thought process behind the project was to focus on the importance of the first four years of a child's life when the greatest brain development occurs and to provide an equal opportunity for all.
B4 leader Di Nailon said the exhibition helped children to explore and work with different materials.
The exhibition will run until November 27 at the Launceston Library.
