Kingborough Tigers will be without one of their star midfielders for the 2021 season with Kieran Lovell announced as a West Adelaide signing.
The 23-year-old, who returned to Kingborough in 2019 after three seasons at Hawthorn, said he is looking forward to the SANFL challenge.
"I have heard positive things about the club and feel that on-field success isn't far away," he told the club's website.
"I am excited to work hard during pre-season to improve my strength and fitness and be a big contributor in every game I play."
Lovell was drafted to Hawthorn with pick 22 in the 2015 national draft and debuted against the GWS Giants in round six of 2016.

Shoulder and ankle injuries restricted his senior output to just one more senior game throughout his Hawks career but the inside midfielder has a VFL premiership to his name - kicking a crucial goal in the 2018 flag.
His return to the State League saw him consistently poll well in the player of the year award and collect a mountain of possessions throughout both seasons.
The recruit is eager to play under newly-announced senior coach Brad Gotch, while he joins close mate and former Hawks teammate Dallas Willsmore on the Bloods' list.
"He is a player that will bolster our midfield stocks and give us further class in and around the contest," said football manager Wayne Siekman.
