The stadium received an accolade for the works by Hazell Bros in reconstructing the field in 2019.
It was the first upgrade to UTAS Stadium's field in 20 years and costed $3.5 million to undertake.

Another award winner was the Caterpillar MineStar Command for Underground - a system that allowed for remote-controlled operation of mining machines from afar.
The Port of Burnie Post-Panamax Container Crane Demolition received an award, as well as Engineers Australia members Seth Langford and Michael Healy who received awards for professional and young professional of the year respectively.
