The Examiner's Winter Relief Appeal raises money for four charities who support vulnerable people ask the North of Tasmania.

The Benevolent Society, City Mission, the Salvation Army and St Vincent de Paul all receive an equal share of what is raised.
This year's goal was to raised $70,000 but with about one month still left the appeal has already raised more than $106,000.

The four charities have committed to spending the money raised from the appeal in Northern Tasmania.
