The first recovery attempt at the Henty Gold Mine with a loader retrieval system is expected to take place early next week, PYBAR Mining Services says.

The company has been formulating recovery plans since a rock fall last week that was believed to have killed Queenstown man Cameron Goss.
Specialist teams have spent the past three days preparing equipment needed for the recovery.
PYBAR chief executive Brendan Rouse thanked "all involved for their hard work so far".
"There has been much to do in recent days and the collective focus in preparing for the recovery has been nothing short of inspiring," he said.
Mr Goss was 44-years-old, had extensive experience in the mining industry and was assigned to a loader around 700 metres underground at the time of the rockfall.
