UPDATE 9am
A man has died in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.
The man was travelling from Lilydale towards Launceston about 6:30am.
The crash occurred between Russells Plain and Pipers River Roads.
The white Hilux rolled "several times" before coming to a stop in bush land, police say.
IN OTHER NEWS:
An investigation into the crash has started.
However, police do not believe speed was a factor, with weather conditions dry at the time of the crash.
The road was closed for sometime, but as of 9am had been reopened to a single-lane.
Emergency services remain on the scene with police conducting traffic management.
Police are in the process of notifying the man's family.
No further details will be released at this stage, police say.

Traffic diversions are in place on Lilydale Road as emergency services attend to a serious crash.
The single-vehicle crash has occurred between Russells Plain and Pipers River Roads.
Tasmania Police said the road is completely blocked and traffic diversions are in place.
Motorists are asked to avoid the scene, and seek an alternate route.
