The store has opened above the seahorse farm, in a space that was previously used as a wine cellar according to Seahorse World managing director Craig Hawkins.

"Anvers have come on board and it's a really good partnership," Mr Hawkins said.
"We're probably two of the strongest tourism brands now in the North ... it's a really good partnership. Anvers gets the sales and the extra promotion ... we of course have something else for our guests to do, buy and sample."
Mr Hawkins said while the shop will only sell Anver's current selection of delicious treats, he hasn't eliminated the possibility of more seahorse-themed chocolates coming.
"There are some chocolate seahorses there but there may be something down the track," he said.
