An existing bottle shop at the Gunners Arms tavern would be converted into a F45 gym under the proposal.
An extension to the building is proposed.
A noise management system is to be installed, and complied with. All windows and doors must be double glazed, and remain closed for the duration of each class.
Class sizes are limited to 30 people at any time.

Prior to use, a car parking plan is to be endorsed by council staff showing a dedicated 11 car parking spaces located in the southern car park.
The application said the proposal would also include the redevelopment of the car parking area with a total of 30 car parks proposed, including three disability parking bays.
Residents raised concerns about noise, hours of operation and car parking among other things, which the council said it has addressed.
The gym would run Monday to Friday from 5.15am until 10.15am, and 4.00pm until 8.00pm. On it would run from 5.15am until 10.15am, and Sunday 8.00am until 10.00am.
The council will vote on the recommendation at its meeting on Thursday.
The meeting will be held at the Town Hall from 1pm.
