Two-time reigning premier North Launceston finished with five representatives, while Launceston duo Jake Smith and Casey Brown were also picked.
Burnie's Bailey Boag is the only non-TSL player selected in the team.
Lauderdale and former Brisbane-listed defender Josh McGuinness will captain the side, and will be joined in the team by five other Southern Bombers.
Glenorchy also had five selections, while Clarence and North Hobart each had one player picked.
Sunday's game begins at 3pm at UTAS Stadium and will be preceded by NAB League and Allies matches.
