Since 2011, there have been six division one Tattslotto winners from Kings Meadows, with more than $4 million of prize money claimed from residents.
On Monday, a Kings Meadows woman became a division one winner, pocketing $800,000.
She is the fifth winner Tasmania has had in five weeks and is the eighth division one winner this year.
Tattslotto spokeswoman Bronwyn Spencer said while there were no discernible variables for winning entries, Kings Meadows and Launceston have been recorded as winning hotspots over the past few years.

"Research often tells us that people tend to purchase lottery entry when they are feeling optimistic and positive about the future. There must be something happening around Kings Meadows," Ms Spencer said.
"A winning entry could land anywhere but from time to time we do see clusters of wins in certain postcodes.
"We release these annually as hotspots and can see that Kings Meadows and Launceston have made the list the last few years."
Monday's winning entry is the second from Kings Meadows in 2019 and was purchased from Meadow Mews News and Lotto at Kings Meadows.
Owner Jeff Dolbey said it was their 22nd division one win in 20 years across two stores but Tattslotto only keeps records from 2011.
The total winnings from this area are $4,622,616.59.
The largest amount claimed on a ticket from Meadow Mews News and Lotto was in 2011, when a division one ticket holder snagged $1,043,799.06
However, in 2015, a winner also claimed more than $1 million after choosing the winning numbers - they received $1,009,035.64 in prize money.
There were two winners from Kings Meadows in 2017 and 2019 and one each in 2011 and 2015.
The smallest amount won was $420, 040 in 2017.
