The council has asked that a traffic management plan is to be submitted including management ensuring the safety and efficiency of the intersection of Bartley Street, Scott Street and Meander Valley Road both prior to, and during construction of, the proposed intersection works.
One of the lots will also be transferred to the Meander Valley Council to be used as public open space.
The application received one representation regarding traffic concerns.
